Flexi has been established as a furniture manufacturing company in Kolkata in the year 2000. Though their traditional business model has never been related to furniture, Mr. Vikram Gupta decided to follow his dreams. Vikram was always a leader in his thoughts. Though path was difficult, but hard-work was always the key. He not only did several jobs to gain knowledge and venture out to more and more people, but also his intelligence and communication skills kept him in profits always. He traveled all over and we know running after dreams gives us nightmares. Finally he decided to shift from Bangalore to Kolkata, a decision that changed his life. Well, his vision was never only to create a company of his own, it was also to provide quality services that exceeds the expectations of esteemed customers. His mission was to build long term relationships with customers and provide exceptional client service by pursuing business through innovation and advanced technology. Hence, it did not take him too long to create numerous verticals of products and getting associated with niche clients like Forum, Indigo Airlines and the list goes on in his span of Flexi career of 17 years.

It wasn’t very difficult for Vikram to build a hardworking team, when he himself was one. were as an importer and have now expanded into manufacturing, focusing primarily on office furniture. The
